In last-mile delivery, a wrong address is a failed drop: a redelivery, a refund risk, and a customer who blames you, not the caller who misspoke. Bookings taken by phone are where it starts — two addresses, a suite number, a "leave it with reception", all said quickly down a phone line.

Every courier booking has at least a pickup and a delivery, often with suite numbers, dock instructions, and "ask for" names. Mixing them up, or missing the unit number, turns a clean run into a failed attempt and a second trip.

What good looks like
