Capture apartment, unit, and gate codes from the call

A validated street address still leaves your tech circling the building. HearLoc pulls the unit number, apartment, and gate code out of the same recorded call, so they reach the actual door the first time.

Half the "wrong address" losses are not wrong streets at all — the address was right, but the access detail was missing. A driver stands outside a gated complex with no code; a tech circles three identical towers that share one street number looking for the unit. The time bleeds away after they have already arrived.

The details that decide whether they get in

  • Apartment / suite / unit numbers said in passing on the call.
  • Gate, callbox, and loading-dock codes.
  • Building or entrance notes ("the back entrance", "tower C").

Captured from the call you already record

These details are usually somewhere in the recording — they just never make it into the dispatch note. HearLoc extracts them alongside the validated address and attaches them to the job, delivered by REST API or signed webhook (CSV export today; native connectors and Zapier on the roadmap). It is an add-on to your existing workflow, not a replacement.

Frequently asked questions

Can it really pull a gate code out of a normal call?

Yes. If the caller said it on the recording, HearLoc extracts the unit number, gate code, or access note and attaches it to the verified address — the same way it captures the address itself.

What if the access detail was never mentioned?

Then there is nothing to capture, and HearLoc simply returns the validated address. It never invents details; missing information is left blank rather than guessed.

How does the access note reach my dispatch software?

Via REST API, signed webhook, and CSV today; native FSM/CRM connectors and Zapier are on the roadmap.
